Lisa Jardine, Founder
With a B.S. in Computer Applications and Information Systems from NYU, Lisa spent ten years working for Merrill Lynch Futures in their New York, Chicago and Tokyo offices. After raising four children, both in the U.S. and Japan, Lisa went back to school to study creative writing at Manhattanville College where she received her M.F.A. She has written for CNN, The Japan Times, Metropolis Magazine, and various other publications. She has worked with hundreds of seniors at high schools around the world with their college application essays.
Additionally, I am the Co-Chair of the Bronx Letters Foundation, a non-profit that supports the Bronx Academy of Letters, a 6-12 public school in one of the poorest congressional districts in America founded on the belief that students who can express themselves clearly in writing can do better in any path they choose in life. Each fall, I work with the entire senior class on finding their voice and perfecting their college essays.
